After Hours Advice & Triage Service

If you are a current client who has been in with a pet in the last 2 years, please call 519-381-7864. This will direct you to either the staff person on call where you will leave a message with your name, pets name and a brief description of the issue and we will get back to you within a short time to triage your concern or your call will be forwarded to the SmartVet triage service provided by London Vet Emergency.   Calls after 9:00pm will be picked up the next morning or click here for further instructions.  This is a TRIAGE AND ADVICE SERVICE ONLY, if your pet requires immediate attention please refer to link in the previous sentence. Thank you.
