Essential Job Functions:

This position is during the week Monday to Friday 1:00pm to 5:00pm (could possibly move to full time in the future)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and pets upon arrival, ensuring a warm, professional welcome

  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and manage general inquiries

  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments; manage the appointment calendar

  • Check clients in and out; process payments, invoices, and receipts

  • Maintain client records (electronic and paper), update contact information

  • Communicate with veterinary staff to coordinate patient flow

  • Assist with client communications (reminders, recalls, lab results, etc.)

  • Organize and maintain the reception area and front desk supplies

  • Assist with light administrative duties (filing, data entry, mail, faxes)

  • Occasionally help with minor tasks in the clinic (as requested)

Job Types: Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
